The Church consists of all who put their faith in Jesus Christ, as their Lord and Savior. (1 Corinthians 12) He gave His church the ordinances of Baptism (Acts 2:38-39) and Communion (John 6:53-58; 1 Corinthians 11:24-28). The Church exists to carry on the ministry of Jesus Christ and further advance His kingdom by undoing the works of the enemy. He has anointed us to preach the good news and be a living example of God's love. He has called believers to disciple the nations; baptizing and teaching them to love and obey God. (Matthew 28:18-20)
